About Our School
Welcome
Thank you for taking the first step toward an extraordinary educational experience at Oranges International School by visiting our website. As the Head of School, I invite you to explore further.
Here at OIS, our objective is to transform children into leaders of character who go out into the world and become the changemakers and peacemakers. We succeed in this endeavor by enveloping our students in a culture of excellence and by providing personal guidance to develop the God-given talents of each child.
When I ask our parents why they bring their children here, they typically mention these things:
Rigorous Academics
This is always the first thing parents say. Our students think better, write better, lead better and solve problems better. We have modified our curriculum to meet the problem-solving challenges our students will encounter during their time horizon: the balance of this century. We intentionally teach multiple idea creation strategies and a robust design process while honing their collaboration skills and demanding originality.
Opportunity
We give children an opportunity to be extraordinary. Our small size, coupled with caring teachers and coaches, allows us to know, understand, proactively guide and love every child.
Community
OIS is a nurturing place. We care about each other. We accept others for whom they are. Students don’t compete against each other; they compete against themselves to be better – to aim high. Character-building happens every day. We believe boys and girls learn best when they learn together. We have many diversity and inclusion standards in our curriculum, so students live here believing the best decisions are made when many different voices are heard.
If these factors resonate with you, then I recommend you learn more about us.
At the bottom of every page, we invite you to take the next step by coming to visit us with your child. See for yourself how warm our community is and let us tell you how we can give your child an extraordinary educational experience. If Oranges feels like home, this is where your family belongs.
Aim High!

Head of School
Principal’s Welcome
Though this school year is anticipated to be unlike from any other, together, we will continue our practices of providing an education to our students enabling them to grow into tomorrow’s leaders. I am delighted to continue leading the Oranges community for the 2021-2022 school year.
We have accomplished so much as a school community, and we will continue to do so. This new learning model does not need to be a barrier, but instead will serve as an opportunity to change our mindset as it relates to engaging students in learning. We want our students to LOVE learning and LOVE coming to school, even if it is virtually.
Though we are needed to adapt our teaching and learning methods to address the protocols of the pandemic, our heart for our students and families remains the same, and we will do everything in our power to keep our students thriving.
